Dermo-Cleanser is a non-irritating lotion and make-up remover for very sensitive, intolerant, easily irritated skin. Very sensitive skin requires specific skin care to minimize risk of allergy or irritation.
This cleanser is specially formulated for sensitive or delicate skin-types, including those intolerant to water or ingredients commonly found in cleansing products.
Apply with a cotton pad or fingertips. Wipe off gently without rubbing. No rinsing required. Repeat application if necessary.

I wear an all-day make-up that is sometimes difficult to remove. I use the Toleriane Dermo-Cleanser two times but then must use a follow-up foaming cleanser to remove all traces of make-up.
Pros: This product is very gentle and works well enough to get the first layers of make-up off,
Cons: I dislike the fact that I must use this product twice and then another foaming cleanser product to remove all traces of my all-day make-up.

I bought this product a month ago as it was recommended for my skin type in a book. I have dryish sensitive skin that is prone to breakouts. Im 35 and had nearly given up on finding a product to work for me. This has been great, I think its the perfect solution, my skin is clearing up and its so soft I have stopped using moisturizer (which may be contributing to less break outs). My skin is much less red but the main thing I cant get over is how it feels, so soft, its no longer oily in the middle of the day on my forehead and no longer dry on the cheeks. Its lovely. I dont know if I have roscea, but I do know this product works like a charm for me.
