Contains 5% benzoyl peroxide to deliver proven antibacterial benefits in the treatment of mild to moderate acne.

Cleanse the skin thoroughly before applying medication. Cover the entire area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. If going outside use a sunscreen. Allow benzoyl peroxide gel to dry, then apply sunscreen.

Benzoyl Peroxide 5% in a base containing Purified Water, Carbomer 940, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Sodium Hydroxymethyl Glycinate.

It works! And it helps really fast.
All u have to do is carefully follow using direction. I noticed results in 3 days.
Have no skin problems now.

I really didn`t like this product because it aggravated my skin. I think it made me breakout more than when I wasn`t using it. I used it in conjunction with the benza wash and it made my skin to dry. I tried it solo and it made me break out, finally I just stopped.

Pros: I was pleased with the 5% gel because it was much more mild than the 10% gel. It did not dry my skin as much and it did not give my skin that red sunburned look like the 10% gel.
Cons: The 5% gel does cause eye irritation. The instructions do say not to apply near your eyes, but you still get a vapor irritation no matter where you apply the gel on your face.
