I have been using this product for about a month now and I have noticed an improvement in my skin although I am also using the ``Minus Oil - Oil controling cleansing gel`` so I`m guessing that maybe it`s the combination of both products and also the fact that I have made a few changes in my diet. Anyway, I will continue using both products in the future because my skin looks much better and my acne outbreaks are under control.
Pros: Improvement is skin texture and outbreaks under control
Cons: I hate the fact that you have to take so many pills (4) in the day. I wish it were only one pill a day!
