This cream will condition and moisturize cuticles and stimulate circulation to the growth area to help keep nails strong and cuticles healthy looking. The product has a pH of 3.8 and free glycolic acid percentage of 6.5%.

Works well on hard, rough cuticles. I gave it only three stars because the tube wasn`t very full. I had to squeeze pretty hard to get any cream to come out. I wish I had sent it back to get another tube. For that price, I feel like the tube should have been full.
